Here is Oregon’s licensing website: https://www.oregon.gov/bcd/licensing/Pages/electrical-apply.aspx . You will need a copy of the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's), the Oregon Electrical Specilty Code (OESC) and the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS's) to use for your exam.
